Pre/Post Sales Support for MicroScope and PostProbe

This position would suit anyone who is familiar with using our diagnostic products and has good communications skills.

It is an office based role (2 locations available in the UK) and the main function would be to help familiarize new users with the tools and also deal with queries that may come up on a day to day basis.

Salary is dependent on experience - bonuses are also available.

Pre Sales Support for RemoteScope

This position would suit someone who has a good basic understanding of general networks and networking and has good communication skills.

It is an office based role (2 locations available in the UK) and the main functions would helping potential customers to install and run the trial version of RemoteScope so that they can experience the benefits of the product, and helping them resolve any networking issues that may come up as they test the software.

Salary is dependent on experience - bonuses are also available.
