Micro 2000 products are fully guaranteed to perform as stated on our web site. We have been supplying computer software and hardware products to the industry for nearly 14 years. Our products have been tried and tested by thousands of PC technicians worldwide, who use them on a daily basis to assist them in their work.

It is our intention that the customer should be 100% happy with his/her purchase, and we provide a full customer service / technical support follow up to ensure that any questions or difficulties can be resolved quickly and effectively.

All software products are warranted for 30 days against defects in workmanship, incompatibility, and misrepresentation (all products must perform as specified in their accompanying manual).

All hardware products are warranted for 1 year against defects in workmanship. Any failures due to improper use will be repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion and buyer's expense.

Micro 2000 does not accept products returned without our written authorisation and then only in accordance with our terms and conditions, as follows;

Should the customer feel that the product is not as stated he/she should, in the first instance, call Customer Services and explain the situation. If this does not result in a satisfactory resolution the customer should then put in writing his request for a refund, stating the reasons why.

An RMA number will then be issued, and the customer can return the product, quoting the RMA number on the packaging. Any packages returned must be returned complete, in the original packaging, with all manuals and documentation enclosed. Any returns must be in an original resalable condition. Any software returned must include any and all copies made. Upon receipt of the package, if all components are correct and accounted for, a full refund will be issued.
