Examples:

We purchased £20,000 of memory but wanted to test a sample first. This was agreed and tested fine with Micro-Scope. They shipped us the first batch that was fine. When we recieved the second batch and Micro-Scope found lots of problems. When we investigated we found the supplier had sent us different memory and also it was faulty stock. We returned all the memory and then had legal proceedings against us. We used Micro-Scope to prove to them the memory was faulty. Before it got to court they apologised and gave us a full credit.

Tips:

We have found that when using Micro-Scope for soak testing. Most components like FDD, HDD's etc fail between 4-10 hours of testing. If they do not fail straight away. That is why we use it as a 24hour soak test tool also.

A retail purchased Compaq system not booting up. POST Probe quickly indicated the motherboard at fault. Replaced and repaired without having to individually test each component.
