Micro 2000 diagnostic tools help us to soak test
all our PC's to find any faults before we deliver
them to the customer, and we can do it automatically,
with no need for someone to stand over the system.
This means that we rarely get returns on our configured
systems. It also gives us a competitive advantage
over some other PC builders in that we can tell them
that we use this software rather than just loading
up windows and having a look to see if it behaves
itself.

Examples:
|
I had a laptop where the CD burner would not read
any discs. It appeared to power up and try, but kept
coming up with I/O errors. I tried the normal windows
tools to reset the upper and lower filters but the
fault remained. I then swapped out the CD burner and
it worked for 2 more days before getting the exact
same fault again. Micro 2000 diagnostic tools diagnosed
the problem quickly and I could have repaired the
item without having to replace parts in the first
place.
